Senior Executive, Business Development

We are looking for a Senior Executive in our Business Development
department with a proven track record to join our team in our
Dhaka, Bangladesh office.
The major responsibilities include to develop profitable new
business for the company's suite of network and telecom services
and hardware. The Senior Executive of Business Development (SEBD)
will focus on new sales. Core activities include initial
prospecting and telephone contacting, discovering client needs and
opportunities, conducting sales presentations, developing
proposals, and responding to invitations to bid. Clearly Documents
accounts and client requirements for transition to project teams
for implementation. Maintains accurate records and financial
projections in sales management software. Meets or exceeds
established monthly call production requirements, new business
opportunities and new sales goals.
The SEBD will plan, target and execute effective sales campaigns
and strategies targeting Mid to Large level companies and discover
potential opportunities. The SEBD will ensure new business
objectives are met monthly, quarterly and annually.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in computer
science, business, finance, marketing or Management from an
Internationally accredited Institution. Excellent knowledge of
company's services, business process, sales management software,
pricing and estimating practices, and selling skills. Excellent
and proficient time management, communications, writing,
decision-making, human relations, teamwork, presentation and
organization skills. Formal sales training and or consultative
sales process is required to be followed as determined by the
company. Professional appearance and presentation required.
PCs and various software applications including; MSWord, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook, Lotus Quickplace, ACT! and or SalesLogix. The
candidate must be well versed in latest telecommunication hardware
and network technology fundamentals. Practical work experience on
Internet, FTP, Telnet etc is required.
