Visitor consents to the collection of such information by Vocallogic and agrees that such information is the sole property of Vocallogic which Vocallogic may use in accordance with Vocallogic privacy policies.

Vocallogic disclaims all warranties with respect to its web site including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or noninfringement.
